I struggle to find any mention of it in any company press since the day it was slid into that study! like i said earlier at the very minimum include it as a sub note under the capex it doesn't have to be in bold in capitals. but to hide it all together unless you go back and read a study in detail is very misleading.

IMO until 2017 it wasn't shown as they weren't going to refine beyond the Ti produced by Tivan.
Maybe that was all that had been planned with the Chinese?
But after the Chinese left the agreement with SMS re technology and IP sharing was announced and it was a year or so after that that the improved pigment product was announced.
Hence the pigment plant which as I understand it is the BOOT component and will be paid for out of opex.
