Jeez. They might as well have said "Sorry, the dog ate my homework - no CAPEX today". I worked in the corporate world for more than 40 years. I would have been embarrassed to deliver a document like this. Then I would have cleared my desk and packed by bags before I could be fired. I don't think the SP matters that much at this point - until these clowns are gone, who would buy shares in this company? I'm embarrassed that I was beguiled by these people and still hold shares.
