It also mentions in the same breath that KfW IPEX-Bank are engaged to find $600M of finance funding.

So they've sold us a carrot we needed $840M capex and boots would bring that down.

Lies and deception.

I agree with Therookie88. It's pie in the sky type stuff if the expectation is that a $100M market cap company can get third parties to sign up to over a billion dollars of debt in Boots for the benefit of TNG.

Why on earth would anyone do that?

No one's making that deal.

Short of massive government backing I can't see how we dig out of this hole now.
