I'm with you Pro, and as always your research and input is spot on. I also can't understand how CAPEX numbers can't be updated, if as we are told they are so far advance. Something definitely doesn't add up in this regard.

The table in MTC's post earlier in the thread showing that we can only expect a Class 4 update by mid 2023, showing that this class is only based on completion of 1-15% is extremely concerning, but would also be consistent with Clough not being able to provide a figure at this point in time??

Surely this can't be the case? One would think this inconcevable, but we can't tell under current company comms and disclosure!!
