you’re 100% correct IF they have all the information. I, too, have been involved in the DFS process and building mines - the only logical explanation I can come up with for significant on-going delays is that there is missing information ie they don’t know what the final design will look like because something in the process stream doesn’t work as it should in testing therefore they’re still tweaking the process and design.
