For as long as I've been an engaged investor in TNG, I've watched various proposals get to that thin green line which I've drawn in above, only to play a game of snakes & ladders to start again with the Initiation phase again.

This can kicking down the road for another year is inexcusable & in fact had this been announced BEFORE the 249D, meeting the companies own self-imposed deadline, the position of the board at TNG would have been under a massive cloud then.

Outside observers, if they only spent 5 minutes studying how things have played out here, would have to be watching this & wondering for what purpose Neil was bought on. For if it wasn't to stabilize the company, reassure investors & offtake partners, address all of those issues around governance, communication, stakeholder outreach, then what was it for?
