we can only hope, but given the number of complaints about TNG I think they will have a looking at everything, just proves the point if you get enough people to complain the more realisation that there might be a problem and they are finally looking into TNG, Thanks Paul because of your actions we are finally going to see an investigation into the running of TNG.
