But what we won't concede is if he knew the CAPEX on/shortly after appointment on 2 September but didn't disclose the revised estimated figure, I mean "significant increase", until today. So while your point helps defend him not buying shares, it doesn't say much for his continuos disclosure obligations? On the other hanbd if he didn't know about CAPEX until this week, as we could only assume based on legal obligations re continuos disclosure, what stopped him buying shares between appointment on 2 Sept and say the end of last week before CAPEX notication? Which one is it Mog?
