Honest question here. Is this project financially viable in 2022...

Honest question here. Is this project financially viable in 2022 given the huge increase in CAPEX costs over the last 24 months. It does not look like global prices are going down any time soon, or at all.

This project has been in the pipe line for so long now. The build cost would have doubled minimum over the journey.

I do understand mineral prices are also higher which may balance some things out. However I am skeptical. I have not seen a speccie with such high management costs, for so long, that is clearly so far away from making money. Outsider looking in, it appears TNG will dilute/ cannibalise itself as it continues to raise at lower and lower prices to keep the fat cats full and the lights on.

Just my thoughts and opinions.
