    This is home stretch now... don't know what every is getting upset by. By taking it to LOI status, they are (give or take) saying that "we're ready to sign binding agreements now but are just waiting on the required precursors to be achieved first". E.g., tivan/dfs/financing.

    I've given up on the share price... it doesn't reflect reality
