Not happy Jan! As a company I would have like to see an attempt to take their shareholders with them! Perhaps sentiments expressed elsewhere in this post indicate that they have worn out that welcome, but surely a nod to the existing shareholders to be part of the capital raising would have been in their best long term interest. Options if not already bad have now been trashed. Interesting to see the mood of existing shareholders at the next AGM.
