I find it very hard to believe these all just fell on PB’s lap since the 249d was lodged.
I see two possible explanations.
1. PB was sitting on these announcements waiting until closer to the AGM (seems possible from previous AGMs) and not disclosing them.
OR
2. The 249d has forced PB to do his job for a change.
