come on guys please don't give PB credit I wouldn't be suprised if he's messaged all these agency's he's had finance discussions with and begged them for something in writing on the provision that that it's all completely non binding. these financiers don't even know the capex yet or he hasn't even got all the necessary approvals! show me projects that have had serious finance offers before all the permits or knowing there costings. they are literally worthless.
