For me the positive is that the company are finding ways to keep us informed about progress.
I agree that an in-principal agreement is not the end of the traditional owners story, but only 2 days ago we had no idea it was even progressing - just that it didn't happen in March and now we don't know when.
The company is telling us that the deals are progressing. Financing is waiting on the mining lease, mining lease is waiting on the traditional owners agreement, which has been progressing in the background and is now only waiting on signatures.
Fantastic news.
