In reality this is just another carrot Ann feeding the peasant rabbits so management can continue on for another year with less heat from SH. When the revised Capex comes out, it will be damaging.

I own AUZ shares, another company who is listed amongst the 14 companies for govt funding. AUZ is an absolute basket case.
