I noticed a problem with the Computershare online voting...

I noticed a problem with the Computershare online voting options.

• voters had an option to nominate a Proxy - and (I believe ) should have nominated Grant Wilson.
• by neglecting to nominate a proxy the default automatically went to the chairman of the meeting - ie N Biddle
• Biddle therefor was able to cast additional votes as the default proxy on behalf of unvoted holdings - which resulted in the motion not being carried by the slender margin because of the chairman's vote , as proxy.
• from my experience - I , and probably some other people, bought shares after first voting and therefore the new allocation might not have been included in the original vote. Those unvoted shares would have fallen to the proxy to use - and, if GW wasn't specifically nominated it would have defaulted to Biddle.

And the rest is history.
