I am very disappointed that we did not get a clean sweep for the BOD but the votes were very close in most cases. Despite the pain of watching long time holders selling and the fall of the share price, I think that we need to see the progress over the next couple of months.
PB is on the way out, JE is gone, we have a new chairman and one of the CMT nominees is now on the board and we will soon have a new CEO. The complacency of the BOD is truly shaken up. The positives of the project and the promise of TIVAN still exist. It is now a matter of the new BOD to move the project forward at a better speed and to maintain better communications with the owners of the company (us shareholders)
There will be no London listing which I regard as a positive.
I will not be selling unless I see obvious signs that there is no change in the direction of the company.
Hopefully there will be total focus of progressing Mt Peake and no more distractions until this is achieved.
