i don't think electrolyte production was ever part of the current DFS (Capex) and therefore they are not in a position to be considering offtake for it etc. PB might have wanted to hold the 40% over for future electrolyte plans, but when push comes to shove, it's probably far more critical to have binding LOM offtakes for 100% of production in order to secure finance at this stage. Electrolyte, Ferro vanadium etc is for 5-10 years down the track imo
