When TNG heads to the negotiating table over the next few weeks/months, they will want to have a healthy cash balance. If they dont, the parties they negotiate with will think they are strapped for cash and can bend them over the table on the deal.
The dilution has resulted in minimal effect today, whilst giving us a stronger position for negotitations.
This is all positive IMO
