12.5c actually looks like a somewhat important short term point of resistance. A sustained break above that should see us range in the 12.5c to 15c area, which I personally think we'll see based on recent trading. From memory @Ajinomoto identified around 13c-14c a while back now as the major long-term base of support... But of course, no stock that sees ~50% in the space of week is immune from those traders looking to close their positions, so perhaps we might see a bit of a pull back before we settle back into this range?

Zooming further out than my snapshot shows, it looks as though ~18c is then the next level of resistance above 15c. Red line shows the recent downtrend, which TNG appears to have broken with flying colours.
