Give it some time people, this newsletter marks a significant turning point in shareholder communications. If all goes to plan it will help to improve the share price over months, not overnight. Only catalyst announcements and/or large investor action can affect the share price 'overnight'.
For a typical penny stock I think it is relevant to use the share price assess progress/performance. But for a company that is this advanced, with the team and offtake/strategic partners that it has, I firmly believe that share price performance is much less relevant. TNG is charging on and it is just opportunistic scavengers taking advantage of the fact that the Ti offtake and debt/equity finance package are yet to be confirmed.
