Chinese have quite a number of shares but as the financing gets sorted it wont make a scrap of difference if they sell on market.
TNG would be completely derisked by then and shares will be snapped up.
For what ever reason they sold before and unless they didn't have other entities buying for them then they gave them up cheap.
