Not that I can see. They have to have the final FEED before they can model the emissions though. Then they have to submit the data. If it doesn't suit the EPA THEN they may have to alter the FEED again to reduce emissions. Or move the plant.
If that happened then it's another 18 months down the drain.
They'd better have a plan b in either picking a site away from town, or moving it out of NT altogether.
Why haven't the Browns moved against Burton yet?
He has repeatedly failed this company on multiple fronts. Across every area possible IMHO.
Are people still in contact with the Browns via email?
