Im excited that things are moving in the right direction finally, but I get a bit annoyed when I see the word binding before the phrase, term sheet, because term sheets aren't typically binding. That's pretty much just outright lying because they know the words we want to see to push this price up but they just aren't quite that far advanced yet.... My two cents. Yay, none the less.
