    re: Ann: TNG signs MoU with POSCO E&C for Mou... Agreed Tiger!! Also, in the immediately short term, the last paragraph about progress with WOOJIN is also very positive. Lock one in now, have another in the wings.
    I note there is no mention of a due diligence period here. Is it assumed?? Or does this kind of MOU (construction rather than off-take) require much longer process?
