TNG has been a .massive disappointment and the 30centa share price milestone is a slap in the face. For me the incentive should be based on give shareprice at the time of the planned 30% equity raise. If the equity raise occurs at a time the shareprice is high (e.g 50cents) then I wouldn't mind even doubling the incentive. If instead the equity raising occurs when the share price is low then why should there be an incentive payable at all.
