Morry, it was under discussion and part of ongoing negotiations under MOU and LOL, now it is in binding arrangement. Technically it confirms TNGs plant will include or "bolt on" WOOJINs patented processing plant for ferro vanadium to its TIVAN processing plant, as I read the line of announcements. Sorry on the road so can't be more detailed but it's real good and confirms much that was implied or under discussion. Stand to be corrected but that's as I see it.
