I have been holding TNG for 4-5 months now. What I dont seem to understand what is the problem with this company? How come it can never get past 17 and stay there? I have been reading about No.3. I am wondering why doesnt he sell at 20 cents rather than at 16.5? is he selling at 16.5 and buying back 14-15? Is that what he is doing?
