I agree with that,however clarity isn't their specialty.When I read it,I was 50/50 on what the implications were/are,and nothing has changed.I'm also not convinced that the lack of clarity is accidental,which concerns me,as PB rarely misses an opportunity to highlight increased potential,regardless of how remote the chance of achieving it is.
