I think you’ll find the structuring on TNG and Mt. Peake will be reasonably complicated, not a simple structure like present. A lot of JV type arrangements.

Discount on project outputs? Ie below spot price?
JV suggests both parties sign on, contribute in resources & costs, expecting a reward outweighing their inputs. You don't JV with banks and financiers?
