Mustpow I think you'll find that the traditional "roast leach" process has a tendancy to loc in the Ti and make it unrecoverable. By cantrast TIVAN unlocks all three and the silica as well. Im only speculating at the mo but in dont see in the Balla Balla Port consents any approvals for Refineries etc. If the concentrated magnetite is to be shipped for processing then why not to Darwin where BBI can extract added value and TNG via TIVAN the royalties. Jhst my thoughts.
