One could say that Iluka is a mineral sand miner and the pigment producers are their clients. They wouldn't take kindly to them becoming opposition.

I think that Iluka just wouldn't move into that space because it's way too opaque and there isn't the money in it like people think.


Moving on, here is a pie chart of the world pigment producers.

There is a decent spread of suppliers here, so my question is (open to anyone for feedback):

Why would any clients of these pigment manufacturers sign an offtake with TNG, when they can quite easily deal with another?
