This announcement is certainly not good. We had been led to believe for years that Mt Peake was the next major vanadium/Ti development, but now it is CLEARLY not so. If it was the test work would have been on the Mt Peake ore. Sure, we might get good value from the TiVAN section of our holdings, possibly very good value, but there certainly must be a hold up with the CLC over mining approval otherwise PB would have announced why we did not get approval at the recent CLC meeting. Perhaps the TiVAN operation can be built in Port Headland? NT is such a difficult place to do mining that having TiVAN in Darwin seems a silly idea. A move to WA or even Malaysia would be likely more efficient.
