I see Tivan as having first mover advantage. As additional product comes to market, once supply outstrips demand, the high cost producers will either close, or develop a low cost production method (or use Tivan).
Nothing lasts forever and any new tech only has a head start on the competition. Thats why we need Tivan up and running ASAP.
If this deal with BBI advances, it may actually be built faster than Darwin refinery. We can continue to work on Peake, the timeline hasnt changed there but we need to commercialise Tivan ASAP.
