Tigers, in early May the announcement said the CLC signoff was expected in the short term. PB would be aware that shareholder know there was a meeting of the CLC over several days and nothing happened regarding Mt Peake mining agreement. He has been around long enough to understand that no announcement on CLC agreement would send the share price into a dive, so there are only two possibilities:
A) the CLC have taken it on board and something will happen soon (outside there formal meetings) which PB cannot comment on so we just wait and see, or
B) he accepts that the CLC have dug in and are simply being greedy so there is nothing he can do that can be announced. He could be (hopefully) talking to the NT government regarding a similar case a couple of months ago in WA where the Minister ruled to allow the mining company concerned to proceed because the TO were taking too long to make a decision.

I have no idea but I am at least happy to see TiVAN getting a bit of a run.
