MOU is not legally binding and sharing IP before production gives the competition the upper hand to identify its short comings and develop an alternative solution to better compete. Once again poor management has led to this and those who truly understand this has sold out today driving the SP down to 12cents. PB and BOD please prove me wrong and show me that you are capable of addressing the current negative sentiment!! Otherwise just step down!!
