Sometimes I look at this & wonder why TNG seem to have taken such a difficult path to get TIVAN to market.
Not just a pioneer with a new, as yet unproven at scale process, but they have nominated a jurisdiction to operate their mine in where they effectively will be a pioneer. Thirdly they haven't gone cap in hand to a major entity - be that a company or country, who may have simply given them the money in exchange for their IP.

So if PB pulls this off, not only do TNG holders benefit immensely & for a long time, every project after this one should be much easier. Which means a stream of BBI proposals & will make this an extremely interesting & profitable stock to have a stake in.
