    The whole VRB thing is a bit of a web. At the centre seems to be United Energy Tech. (UET) who together with an American Electricity Producer (PENN) developed the denser electrolyte.
    There are commercial understandings/agreements between UET, Sumitomo, and Rongke power.

    Any one of the Three nicest names you could hope to hear next to EMC.

    In my opinion of course
