This to me sounds like something requested by KFW or a related entity, hence the announcement.

Unless you were asked to do this why would you put out a vague announcement regarding something that you MAY do?  Naturally an announcement would be required when you have committed, but to make the announcement so early in the proceedings tells me they are sending someone a deliberate message.

The clock is ticking here, hoping to see an announcement of some substance very soon - next item on my list is the refinery EIS logdment which i will expect by EOM, otherwise I’ll expect an update on why it hasn’t been lodged.
