This must have to do with the equity portion of the funding. Everyone should check out the latest 121 mining presentation which has now been uploaded to Youtube. Paul states that they are not ruling out equity funding from Chinese and/or LONDON based institutions. SP is abysmal and I'm not happy with the ambiguity in the communication and long periods of radio silence but I think for now we should look at the latest timeline provided at the end of the presentation and hold managements feet to the fire to accomplish these milestones in the time stated. Even a simple operations update would be extremely informative.
Previous milestones have been missed but in fairness the approvals in NT process is extremely hard to predict, especially a year in advance. I've recently spoken to a Tier 1 mining executive and can say that he is aware of TNG and ''amazed'' at the progress made to date.
