33 page announcement for a $700k raising haha.
Many people getting ahead of themselves as I suspected.
It seems all those boardroom meetings and announcements were simply to get this $700k placement over the line.
$700k is quite pitiful. Hopefully this is all TNG need to get through to the submission of the DFS (and at least 1 quarter after...)
I'll be interested to see their cash burn this quarter, exploration etc should be at a minimum...
Funding still a long way away.
