    We know theres going to be dilution. If it can be ring fenced and confined to the last two "strategic issues" then its a whole lot better than a 1.6 bill share equity issue as proposed by the independant reports of previous years.

    This may well have been what the celebration was for before the 13 December 2018 announcement.

    Now can the BOD get on with filing the EIS and amping up the SP.
