Levity aside, the astute amoungst us (of which i am not) predicted a CR. I thought we would sneek though. Wrong again.
On the +ve PB did a stirling job at amping the SP and the offer is available to holders, so dilution stays within the long suffering. So its better than an equity raise with a third party.
More, we are less than two months out from the AGM, PB has made a big call here and could have got past the AGM without this CR. He must have some big cards to play in the next few weeks to sweeten this announcement. He will want peeps to see profit on there shelling out for this. Im picking weve got some big announcements in the wings.
Ill buy in and watch.
