Honestly, I can't see this actually raising anywhere near $12m from existing holders. Hopefully he is being sneaky and the shortfall will get offered to SMS or the Indians or something, although I'm sure he would have said if that was going to happen. God knows PB will never take up any more than his pro-rated allocation. I really would have liked this to have been offered to one of our offtake partners in the first instance... Most other companies would have done that in our position.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but what does PB have to worry about with the AGM? Other than perhaps some uncomfortable questions. He has secured a solid majority of support from shareholders when he brought the Indians on board...
