Although acquisitions have been slow, they have been carefully selected.
Staff development appears to be a major focus. If you follow early education on social media, you will frequently read comments from staff employed by Think regarding the professional development training they are receiving. Management realise how important it is to continually develop staff.
Anyone who has spoken to Mathew Edwards will realise how well informed he is on every aspect of early childhood. Centres are only as good as the staff they employ on the floor, Think know, develop and value that.
As the you tube clip states, he also holds a very large number of shares as do other board members.
Reporting is transparent with great insights given to centre developments.
