There is always a risk that the deal will not proceed or the offer will be revised. I am not suggesting this will happen,,, but ......
i sold out at $3.09 thinking that the potential remaining circa 3% upside was not worth the risk especially if i sell and put it into something else that i think will have a better upside. looks like i took the correct option.
