    yes, they seem to have disappeared plus also if you added the holdings of the ceo + the two bidders there would not be a lot of liquidity left. i am certainly happy i exited at $3.09 ,,, i assume the deal will still go through but if it doesn't for some reason it would be interesting to see how far the SP will go down
