It looks as though it will be decided by a vote of Independent Securityholders (shareholders excluding matthew edwards). the other main shareholder, Alceon - 20% holder, says it will support the offer. If you take matthew edwards holding out then ,,, without doing the exact numbers,,, Alceon must go close to a controlling vote. I would support it. majority wins like an election .... so yes you would then be "forced" to sell under those circumstances
