I don't really see what the point of stapling is here. They've lost their external incubator so now they're doing it internally. The prezzo sells it like they're sheltering TNK s/holders from development risk, but they're not because those same shareholders are stapled at the hip to TND.
Anyway, I lost interest in this. It's gone from being interesting with a lot of the development risk loaded on to an external developer to just being another child care rollout with TNK s/holders now exposed to the development risk.
