I suggest you look up other ASX listed companies where a class action has been completed.

IMO WKT has opened the door for claiming it was fully funded until production and also quoting the mine would be completed within 7-9 months from that date, Anyone who has suffered a loss from buying WKT's shares would be entitled to take part in the action and if any money is won will be compensated.

I am sure the non-holders could provide you with other examples if want to head down this road.

@semi retired Have you reported Croc-files posts to ASIC where he has known BMCG was restricted from selling? you might also want to look into the trading which occurred during this time for the SP to climb back up higher after the shares hit 8.5c, there was no ASX announcements during this period that would have warranted an increase in buying or for the sp to continue at 11c for the 2 week period.
If I see any buying by the T40 in the next report, I will let you know so you can pass the information on to the ASX and ASIC.
